Fresh Creative was founded in 1992 as Meigs O’Connor Ricks. Judy Ricks and Warren Meigs, of Sunmark Associates, merged with Dawn O’Connor of O’Connor Mohylsky. Randy O’Connor was the fourth founding partner and provided strategic business direction. Originally located on Highway 98 in downtown Fort Walton Beach, Meigs O’Connor Ricks quickly became the leading marketing and design firm in the area.

In 1998, Meigs O’Connor Ricks relocated to their current location at 16 First Street, still in downtown Fort Walton Beach. With the company’s relocation, the name also changed to O’Connor Ricks Associates. At that time, O’Connor Ricks Associates decided to declare their real estate and hospitality specialty. The agency had always maintained real estate and hospitality clients, and by 1998, had determined that to best serve their current and future clients, committing to a concentrated area of expertise was important.

After 15 years it was time to completely rejuvenate. In 2007 O’Connor Ricks Associates changed their name to Fresh Creative, which embodies the crisp, clear communication and design the agency strives to achieve for their clients.
